Shipping and Refund Policy
Please Note: Carla's Sparkle is not responsible for lost goods in the mail. Ensure you provide accurate mailing information for your shipment. Please contact the post office for any lost goods 1-800-275-8777
Customers Accessories that were shipped in error or damaged in transit may be returned to Carla's Sparkle for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. To initiate the return, the customer must contact Carla's Sparkle at (947) 517-7576 or email email@example.com to obtain approval for a refund. Upon approval you the customer is responsible for paying for our own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
No refunds for the Close Out sale or discounted items. If an item is no longer available you may chose another item or a credit will be issued for your next shopping pleasure. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
