Shipping and Refund Policy

Please Note: Carla's Sparkle is not responsible for lost goods in the mail. Ensure you provide accurate mailing information for your shipment. Please contact the post office for any lost goods 1-800-275-8777

Customers Accessories that were shipped in error or damaged in transit may be returned to Carla's Sparkle for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. To initiate the return, the customer must contact Carla's Sparkle at ‪(947) 517-7576 or email carlassparkle@gmail.com‬ to obtain approval for a refund. Upon approval you the customer is responsible for paying for our own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

SALE ITEMS:
